NOISE FROM AC

Question I have a 02 95 sportwagon 2.3 and for the past few weeks i keep getting a jackhammering sound at the back of the engine/glove box area on the passenger side of the car. It sounds like it may have something to do with the HVAC system but it's extremely loud.

Answer Check the Expansion valve in the AC system. We have seen some issues there.
