I have a 2005 saab 9-3 linear and when I turn both ways there is a clicking noise. It is gradually getting worse and I don't hear it when we had a heavy snow fall. I am getting this checked out next week but I am hoping to get a few ideas that are the likely cause so I don't make useless repairs!!

I would bet out cv joint. See faqs.
