rear washer issue and manual transmission oil type

tech wizard,

2 question/issues today:

first... the window washer on the back window is not squirting anything. i can hear the motor working and have checked the nozzle for clogs but nothing makes it out. not even a dribble with the wiper trim cover removed. Any help on what to look at? ps, i can't see where the motor and hoses are, are they all in the driver side wheel well?

second... i am going to change the manual transmission oil. what type of oil goes in a 2001 aero wagon tranny?
