Items will be warranted for 30 days. Resistor is for a vehichle with manual climate control knobs, NOT ACC. Fan has been tested w/ 12v and works perfectly. Price does not include shipping. Box is 9" x 7" x 7", approx 5 lbs. I would estimate about $15 S&H via UPS Ground.
