[95, 900 94-98]
| STEP 1 | Cove the fenders and remove the engine cover and disconnect the negative battery cable |
| STEP 2 | Remove the coolant cap. BE CAREFUL IF HOT! and raise up the car |
| STEP 3 | Remove the lower spoiler sections and drain the radiator removing the drain cock on the bottom of the radiator |
| STEP 4 | Remove the throttle cable connector and small hook |
| STEP 5 | Remove the vacuum hoses to the throttle body. Also, remove the hose from the turbo bypass valve to the throttle body |
| STEP 6 | Remove the injector connectors and remove the fuel lines to the rail |
| STEP 7 | Remove the upper intake, the middle intake and remove the lower intake. After removing lower intake be sure to plug the holes with towels to avoid dropping anything in |
| STEP 8 | Remove the coolant bridge and move it out of the way. Also, remove the oil pipes by removing the clamps |
| STEP 9 | Raise the car up and remove the crank sensor |
| STEP 10 | Remove the oil coolers pipes that run to the side of it and remove the cooler |
| STEP 11 | Install in reverse order but make sure you replace all the orings with new ones. Use the following torque specs Oil Cooller Cover is 15 ft lbs Cooler pipes to Block 18.5 ft lbs Lower Intake 15 ft lb Middle Intake 15 ft lb Upper Intake 15 ft lb
