 | Be Careful because the coolant could cause burns if you do not release the cap VERY SLOWLY! |
| STEP 1 | Remove the reservoir cap to release pressure
|
| STEP 2 | Lift up the car (on lift or jack stand) |
| STEP 3 | Drain the coolant but be sure to put it in a suitable container |
| STEP 4 | Remove the throtte body cover |
| STEP 5 | Remove upper radiator hose to thermostat and move aside |
| STEP 6 | Remove the cooling pipe to the thermostat housing
|
| STEP 7 | Remove the thermostat housing bolts and remove the thermostat |
