Question Rather a strange fault: cannot shift into (or out of any preselected) gear when starting up. Have to turn off to shift into 1st. (or 2nd or any othe gear) Problem disappears when warm. ( I know to depress the clutch all the way, but this does not help. Is there an interlock that could be disabled? ) Has been like this for a couple of months. 2000 Saab 9-5 Manual 4 cylinder 120,000 miles.
