Removal Instructions:
Step 1 Open Radiator Cap and release pressure & pinch the coolant hose off
Step 2 Remove hose from Heat exchanger in the middle of the intake manifold
Step 3 Blow through the exchanger to remove fluid
Step 4 Remove the Glove box & right side trim for the console
Step 5 Remove the vent from the air duct but not the seal
Step 6 Remove the pad from the heat exchanger & 4 bolts for the exchanger
Step 7 Refit in reverse
