Clutch Removal
| STEP 1 | Remove the transmission |

| STEP 2 | Lock the flywheel with tool (8394686) or similiar. You can use a flat screwdriver as well |
| STEP 3 | Remove the pressure plate screws |
| STEP 4 | Inspect the flywheel for cracks or blueing. If either exist have the flywheel turned |
| STEP 5 | Remove the pressure plate bolts and remove the clutch |
| STEP 6 | Replace the clutch disc and pressure plate. You can align the tow with the pilot hole with tool 8792327 or use a deep socket about the size of the pilot hole to do the same thing |
| STEP 7 | Torque all bolts to 16 ft lb |

There is no need to remove the transmission from the underside of the vehicle. Simply slide it nough far enough away from the clutch to work on the throw out
bearing and remove the clutch.
2. Remove the 13mm bolt completely on the fork.
3. Slide the shaft up wards to remove the fork
4. Remove the throwout bearing
5. Very lightly apply high temp grease to the fork contact points and the inner surface of the hrowout bearing.
