COOLANT RESERVOIR REPLACEMENT

Installation Proceedure:

Step 1 Remove drain plug and drain coolant (remove cap to speed up process)
Step 2 Take off the upper radiator hose from the reservoir.
Step 3 Take off the coolant level sensor.
Step 4 Remove all of the bolts holding the reservoir in place.
Step 5 Lift up the reservoir and take off the lower radiator hose.

Removal Proceedure:

Step 6 Attach the lower radiator hose to the new reservoir and install the bolts that hold it in place.
Step 7 Plug in the coolant level sensor.
Step 8 Install the upper radiator hose.
Step 9 Make sure the radiator drain plug is tight, add coolant and check for leaks.
Step 10 Bleed the coolant system by first turning off the A/C & ACC, fill the reservoir up to the max level indicator, install the radiator cap and start the engine. Vary the engine RPM's until the radiator fan turns on, top off the coolant if needed to the max level indicator. Install the reservoir cap.
