Step 1 Remove the transmission.
Step 2 Remove the delivery pipe going to the slave cylinder.
Step 3 Remove the three bolts holding the slave cylinder in place and then pull out the cylinder.
Step 4 Clean the bolts used to hold the slave cylinder in place and then apply some Loctite 577 lightly on the threads.
Step 5 Install the slave cylinder and the bolts. Torque the bolts to 10 Nm (7 ft lbs)
Step 6 Install the delivery pipe to the slave cylinder and torque to 22 Nm (16 ft lbs)
Step 7 Bleed the slave cylinder before installing the transmission. (See clutch category on main Saab 93 03-07 faqs page for instructions on bleeding the slave cylinder)
Step 8 Install the transmission.
Step 9 Bleed the clutch. (See clutch category on main Saab 93 03-07 faqs page for instructions on bleeding the clutch)
