Below is the information on how to replace the cruise control switch for cars with Cruise control. The same instructions will also work for cars that do not have cruise. The most difficult problem in doing this job is getting access to the wires on the switch that are attached to the steering column. An easy way to accomplish this is to use a long nosed pair of needle nose pliers.
| STEP 1 | Remove the black cover at the bottom of the steering wheel. |
| STEP 2 | Remove the two screws in the aluminum housing just above the black piece |
| STEP 3 | Pull down the aluminum housing down towards the floor and with it will come the turn signal. |
| STEP 4 | Remove the upper and lower screws that hold the turn signal to the aluminum housing. |
| STEP 5 | Remove the switch and replace it. |
