SEAT HEATER TESTING & SWITCH TESTING

Pin 2 of switch should be battery voltage
Jumping pin 2 to pin 10 will heat seat if element is good
Pin 9 should have continuity to ground
Pin 6 should have continuity to ground if thermostat is good and closed
Pin 7 should have battery voltage for lighting of switch
Switch to determine if passenger seat is occupied (under passenger seat), should have continuity when occupied and not when unoccupied.
