| NOTE: Pulley failures can often be identified by noise coming directly from the failing pulley. Tensioner failures often make themselves apparent by vibrating during idle. The tensioner assemblies on the Saab 9000 fail consistently. Most of time the fault is the tensioner itself or the bracket that it sits on. Replacement of the full assembly part 4901443 is recommended because the bracket that holds tension on the tensioner will crack causing the belt to come off |

| NOTE: When ordering the either the OES or AFT Crank pulley you will need to order the aperture disc as well unless you know which pulley your car has on it. The reason for this is that the aperture disc is different on AFT verses OES so it is better to order the newest version to insure that the new pulley has the correct disc for it. |
